We use Freezvon mainly for onboarding new users after they sign up, especially across the Middle East. Their account manager has been extremely proactive. More than once, they helped us find working routes to some of the more unusual destinations that most providers don’t even cover. The call quality is solid and reliable, which is crucial for our sales process. The only downside is that they don’t provide local numbers to Oman and Kuwait yet, which is why I’m taking off one star. Overall, though, the service and support easily make Freezvon one of the best we’ve used.
