Zoiper SIP Account Setup Guide

This guide explains how to register a Freezvon SIP account in the Zoiper application on an Android device.

Important: use the SIP login and password provided for your own Freezvon account. The login shown in the screenshots is an example.

Step 1 — Open Zoiper and start account setup
Install Zoiper on your Android device and open the application.
The Account setup screen will ask for your SIP username and password.
Make sure you have your Freezvon SIP credentials before continuing.

Step 2 — Enter the SIP login and password
Username @ PBX/VoIP provider: enter your 10-digit Freezvon SIP login.
Password: enter your 10-character SIP password.
After entering both values, tap Login.
Example format: Username 1234567890. Use your own credentials instead of the example.

Step 3 — Enter the Freezvon SIP domain
Zoiper will ask you to enter the hostname or VoIP provider.
Hostname or provider: sip1.freezvon.com
Enter the domain exactly as shown. Do not add the SIP username to this field.
Tap Next to continue.

Step 4 — Skip authentication username and outbound proxy
On the next screen, Zoiper may ask whether your provider requires an authentication username or an outbound proxy.
For this standard Freezvon configuration, leave the checkbox unchecked.
Leave Authentication username and Outbound proxy empty, then tap Skip.
Leave the additional authentication/proxy fields empty and tap Skip

Step 5 — Select the detected SIP transport
Zoiper will test several available connection methods.
Select a SIP option that is marked Found.
Recommended for the setup shown here: SIP TCP — Found.
Do not select IAX UDP for this SIP account.
Tap Finish.
Select SIP TCP when it is marked Found, then tap Finish

Step 6 — Confirm that the account is registered
After setup is complete, Zoiper will try to register the SIP account.
A successful configuration is indicated by Account is ready and a green check mark.
Your Freezvon SIP account is now ready for calls.

If the account does not register
- Check that the 10-digit SIP login was entered correctly.
- Re-enter the SIP password carefully. The password is case-sensitive.
- Confirm that the hostname is exactly: sip1.freezvon.com.
- Make sure there are no spaces before or after the login, password, or domain.
- If SIP TCP is not detected as Found, try another SIP transport supported by your network or contact Freezvon Support.
Test call
After successful registration, open the Zoiper dialer, enter the destination number in international format, for example +44XXXXXXXXXX or +1XXXXXXXXXX, and make a test call.
