1. If the balance is sufficient on the monthly/subscription fee due date, the virtual number will be automatically prolonged for 1 month.
  2. Freezvon allows you to prolong your number's subscription for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months with a discount from 2 to 18%. The size of the discount depends on the country and the type of number.

You need to do the following steps to renew the number:

  • Login to your account;
  • Go to "Virtual Phone numbers" --> "My numbers";
  • Open "Settings" for the selected number;
  • Go to the "Prolong virtual number" tab;
  • Choose the period for which you want to prolong the number (1, 3, 6, or 12 months);
  • Examine the amount of subscription and the discount, and confirm your choice.

Please note, you can only extend your subscription of active numbers. If your number is deactivated due to non-payment, you must renew for 1 month first. It cannot be done by the user. You need to top up your balance for the amount of the monthly fee, and it will be prolonged automatically within 24 hours. Or you can contact the support team to notify them about payment, and they will do it manually.
