How do I renew my virtual PBX?

1. If the balance is sufficient on the monthly/subscription fee due date, the virtual PBX will be automatically prolonged for 1 month.
2. Freezvon allows you to prolong your virtual PBX by 1, 3, 6, or 12 months at a 2 to 12% discount.

To *prolong your virtual PBX, you must:

• Login to your account;
• Go to "Virtual PBX";
• Click the "Prolong" button for the virtual PBX you want to prolong;
• Choose the period for which you want to prolong your virtual PBX (1, 3, 6, or 12 months);
• Review the amount of the subscription fee and discount, and confirm your choice.

*Please note, you may prolong only an active virtual PBX. If your virtual PBX is deactivated due to overdue payment, you must first prolong it for 1 month. It cannot be done by the user. You need to top up your balance for the amount of the monthly fee, and it will be prolonged automatically within 24 hours. Or you can contact the support team to notify them about payment, and they will do it manually.
