If at the monthly payment/subscription fee payment date there is not enough money on your balance for automatic extension of virtual numbers or PBX subscription, they will be deactivated.
To re-activate, top up your balance, and they will be activated automatically within 24 hours, or contact support if you want to activate them faster. This may take some time.
Note that if virtual numbers or PBX are already deleted, you need to check with support whether it is possible to restore them. The longer the period of time since the number or PBX has been deleted, the less likely it is that they can be restored.
