  2. Contact your bank's support to determine the cause.
  3. In other cases, take a screenshot of the error and contact our support team.

Also note that if you tried to make a payment and made a mistake when confirming it several times in a row, the payment from the same card will be unavailable for some time (may depend on your issuing bank).
