Some phone numbers require documentation, some do not. It depends on the geography and type of number. You can check here.

Please note that we reserve the right to request your documents at any time of your use of Freezvon, even if documents were not requested when you connected the number, or it was a different type of request. This is required in order for us to provide services to you.
