- The initial forwarding setup is done when you order the number. You simply select the type of forwarding (SIP, phone number, email, or URL) and specify the destination.
- When you choose SIP call forwarding you do not have to specify the destination - if you leave the field empty we will create a SIP account for your number and send you settings. If you already have a SIP account that you want to use, specify it in the "Destination" field in the format username@domain.
- When you specify the forwarding to a phone number, please note that this must be done in an international format, including the country code.
To change the forwarding settings after connecting a number, open the section: "Virtual phone numbers" --> "My numbers". Open the settings for a particular number, forwarding of which you want to change, and make and save the changes.
