Interactive Voice Response, or IVR, is a voice menu consisting of pre-recorded audio messages, allowing one to forward a call depending on the caller's chosen option. An IVR is often used by a hotline of some public service or organization, as well as by banks, big corporations, online stores, etc.
The cost of an IVR is from 20 USD (for the 1st level; every additional one is 5 USD).
To connect an IVR, you need to send audio files to be played during the call, or order the recording of these audio files (from 20 USD, depending on the volume of text). Additionally, you need to provide a scheme of how the IVR should be set up (which audio file to play or where to forward the call when this or that key is pressed).
