How to Make a Payment Step-By-Step

  1. To buy a virtual phone number, you need to know the amount you need to pay so you can deposit it into your account in advance. You can find that out by using our calculator or asking our support team or, if you are a business customer, your account manager.
  2. After logging in to your user account, click on the Billing tab at the top of the screen. This tab displays all the information about the state of your account.
  3. If you use a Mastercard, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency payment method, enter the amount, choose the payment method, click the corresponding checkbox after reading and accepting the Terms and Conditions, and proceed to the payment page.
  4. If you want to use a bank transfer, enter the amount you wish to pay, click the checkbox, and proceed to the invoicing page. Select the country from where you will be paying (where your bank is located). Fill your company's name, address, and bank information. Download or email yourself the invoice, and pay as usual via wire transfer.

Billing History

All payments and charges to your account will be displayed in the billing history.

You can filter account statistics by period. Quick filters include today, this month, last month, current year, and previous year. You can also choose dates for other periods (not exceeding one year at a time).

Data is visualized in a spending statistics chart. You can use different scales of data: day, week, and month.

Below the chart, you can check the amount spent on incoming or outgoing calls for the chosen period.

Debit History

Debit history will display all charges made to your account, such as virtual phone numbers' fees, call packages, PBX, or paid additional IP telephony services.

Bill History

Bill history will display all payments made on your account, as well as any refunds or bonuses credited to it.

Both bill and debit history are downloadable. Click "Export data" and save the file. Depending on which tab you select, debit history or bill history, the file will contain either your payments or charges for the purchased IP telephony. Companies greatly benefit from this feature, as you can use it for accounting or financial planning.

That's how you can top up your user account's balance. You can use the money on your balance to connect a virtual phone number, buy a calling package, prolong your subscription, and other services.
